The demo request form collects: name, restaurant name, city, phone, email, number of sites, channels used and, optionally, a free-text message. Nothing else is collected: this site uses no analytics cookies and no advertising trackers.

This data is used solely to organise the requested demo and follow up commercially. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Data is received by the Ordisto team. Emails are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg), Europe (Ireland) region.

Twelve months after the last exchange, unless a contract is signed.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object. Write to hello@ordisto.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
